Im new to this and wasnt sure if I needed to worry about the shirt shrinking under the applique or the applique fabric shrinking in the design. please help. Looks bad and really am trying to get off before have to cut new ones. It comes w/ instructions, but you iron it on. They are more like 6!! I would think linen cotton would be a high heat setting.
